Follow-up to last week’s question:
Do you keep all your unread books together, like books in a waiting room? Or are they scattered throughout your shelves, mingling like party-goers waiting for the host to come along?

My unread books are everywhere. I've mentioned in previous posts that my unread books are neatly stacked on desks, on card tables, on the floor, on my bedside table, or where ever I can put them. I don't have a dedicated shelf for them because that tells me I've read them. Yesterday, I found some cheap book cases I could put my books into but I'm afraid I'll think I've read them all! My system is so ingrained, I'm conditioned to think that way. *sigh*
How about you?
3 Your say:
Right now, many of the books I have yet to read are in neat little stacks on my desk. I like having them there because then I think about them and look forward to reading them! I also love to see all the beautiful covers. :)
My books are sort of scattered. I have a stack next to my bed that I'm going to read in the order I want to read them. Then there are the ones in my nightstand and on the shelves. Those I can pick and choose from, no special order. Then there are boxes in the basement and garage. They are like surprises, I don't even remember what's in them but it's fun to peek every now and then.
My read and unread books are all in the shelves, but they're separated into their respective read status. But now I have a problem and that is, my shelves are so full that the excess are all over the place in my studyroom...
