Celebrity Memoirs

Suggested by Callista83:

Do you read celebrity memoirs? Which ones have you read or do you want to read? Which nonexistent celebrity memoirs would you like to see?

I'm not interested in reading about celebrities. We're so inundated with celebrity information that I wouldn't take the time to read a whole book about one.

I do enjoy reading political memoirs. I find politics fascinating.

The best biography I've read was written by A'lelia Bundles, Madame C.J. Walker's great-great granddaughter. On Her Own Ground was a true page turner. Chock full of history, personal anecdotes, but mostly suspense. I know! This biography read like a novel. I highly recommend it.

I read memoirs too. But I prefer to read about real people like Mahatma Gandhi, not celebrities!

Here is my BTT post!

I agree - I don't think I could waste so much time reading a celebrity memoir when I could be reading more decent books. Or books about more decent people. :-p

I don't read celebrity memoirs. I've bought one for my mom. Does that count?

I'm not really much into the celebrity memoirs either. I do enjoy a political memoir every once in a while, and I've read a few by news personalities as well.
