Finding a book you love and then hating everything else you try by that author, or Reading a completely disappointing book by an author that you love?
I think finding a book I love, then hating everything else I try by that author. Recently, I read book one from a series by a new author then hated the last two books in the series. It's sad to think an author was on a roll for one book.
If a favorite author slumps for one book, I give them another chance. Everyone has a bad season. One author I enjoy seems to slump every other book. I still look forward to every one of her books because when she's good, she's really good.
