Waiting on Wednesday

Since I haven't posted a "Can't get enough of" feature in awhile, I thought this meme at Breaking the Spine would be fun to do too. I can’t wait to splurge on these books, but it would be nice to see them toured too. Hint. Hint.

Under the Cajun Moon comes out in September, but I haven't read Whispers of the Bayou yet! I don't think these books are a part of a series, but still...

Chloe Ledet grew up in the shadow of her larger–than–life father, a famous chef and New Orleans’ restaurateur. When Chef Julien falls ill, he decides to finally publish his secret recipes—a decision his financial partners vehemently oppose.

As her father lies dying, Chloe earnestly searches for the source of Julien’s special seasonings. Dodging the desperate efforts of those who absolutely do not want the secrets revealed, Chloe realizes that the closer she gets to the source, the more danger she encounters!

Framed for murder, Chloe’s prayers become more fervent. Can she safely trust the mysterious Cajun leading her on a cat–and–mouse escape through the very heart of Cajun country? Will she survive—even triumph? Or by trusting this handsome stranger, has she gone from the frying pan into the fire?

I can't wait until September for Intervention to hit shelves.

Barbara Covington has one more chance to save her daughter from a devastating addiction: staging an intervention. But when eighteen-year-old Emily disappears on the way to drug treatment—and her interventionist is found dead at the airport where she was last seen—Barbara enters her darkest nightmare of all.

I brought Whispers of the Bayou home from the library last week. I have not read any books by Mindy yet.

I am also looking forward to both of these, CeeCee. I hadn't seen the cover for Intervention yet - thanks for sharing!
